NASSI, Nasarawa branch to Flag-up Empowerment program on 16th Sept. 2025

<p>Arrangements are on top gear for the Nigerian Association of Small Scale Industrialists (NASSI), Nasarawa state branch to hold it&#8217;s Flag-up of Empowerment program with the theme: Building Skills, Creating Jobs, Securing Future and Driving Business Development.
<p>Speaking to our correspondent in that regards, the state chairman of the association, Comr. Nidan Sambo Manasseh explained that the Empowerment program scheduled to hold on Tuesday,16th, September, 2025 at the Nurses House, opposite Lafia city stadium in Lafia (the state capital) by 11am will target 50 participants per each LGA of the state.
<p>According to him some personalities in the state expected to grace the occasion including Her Excellency, the first lady of the state, Haj. Salifat Abdullahi Sule, commissioner of spots and youths development, Hon. Yakubu Kwanta, ALGON chairman, Hon. Safiyanu Isa Andaha and the commissioner for environment, Hon. <p>Others are the state commissioner of women affairs and social development, Mrs Hauwa Samuel Judbo, D.G human capital development agency, haj. Habiba Balarebe Suleiman, commissioner for trade, industry and investment, hon. Mohammed Sani Otto and himself, the NASSI state chairman who will serve as special guests of honour, special invited guests, guest speaker as well as chief host among others.
<p>Comr. Manasseh added that during the humanitarian program, the following relevant skills areas will be covered: Liquid soap production, Bar soap making, Petroleum jelly, Body lotion, Bleach, Perfume, Germicide, Air freshener and Tie and Dye among others.
<p>Our correspondent also gathered that In Nasarawa State, NASSI has built strong structures across all 13 Local Government Areas, uniting a vibrant membership of over 6,474 dedicated entrepreneurs and innovators working to shape the state’s industrial and economic future.
