GANYEN TAFASA: Ni’imar Allah Mai Tarin Amfani Ga Lafiyar Ɗan Adam

A daidai lokacin da masana harkokin lafiya ke ci gaba da ƙarfafa gwiwar al’umma kan amfani da abinci na gargajiya masu gina jiki, an jaddada muhimmancin cin ganyen tafasa a matsayin ɗaya daga cikin ni’imomin Allah da ke da amfani ga lafiyar ɗan Adam.
Masana sun bayyana cewa, ganyen tafasa na ɗauke da sinadarai masu gina jiki da suka haɗa da bitamin, ma’adanai da fiber, waɗanda ke taka muhimmiyar rawa wajen inganta lafiyar jiki da ƙarfafa garkuwar cututtuka.
An bayyana cewa, yawan amfani da ganyen tafasa a cikin abinci kamar dambu ko kuma kwaɗo shi da ƙuli-ƙuli na taimakawa wajen samar wa jiki sinadarai masu muhimmanci da ake buƙata domin gudanar da ayyukan yau da kullum.
Haka kuma, ganyen na taimakawa wajen inganta narkewar abinci saboda yalwar fiber da ke cikinsa, wanda ke rage matsalolin maƙarƙashiya tare da inganta lafiyar hanji.
Masana sun ƙara da cewa, ganyen tafasa na ƙunshe da sinadarai masu kariya ga jiki waɗanda ke taimakawa wajen yaƙar wasu cututtuka tare da ƙarfafa garkuwar jiki.
Bugu da ƙari, cin ganyen tafasa na iya taimakawa wajen kula da lafiyar zuciya da jijiyoyin jini idan aka haɗa shi da tsarin cin abinci mai kyau da kuma motsa jiki akai-akai
Wasu bincike sun nuna cewa, ganyayyaki na gargajiya irin wannan na iya taimakawa wajen samar da sinadarai masu ƙarfafa ƙashi da haƙora, musamman idan ana amfani da su tare da sauran nau’ikan abinci masu gina jiki.
Masana abinci sun bayyana cewa, haɗa ganyen tafasa da dambu na ƙara wa abincin inganci, yayin da ƙuli-ƙuli ke samar da furotin da wasu sinadarai masu amfani ga jiki.
Haka kuma, shan ruwa bayan cin wannan nau’in abinci na taimakawa wajen sauƙaƙa narkewar abinci da kuma kiyaye lafiyar jiki gaba ɗaya.
An shawarci al’umma da su tabbatar da tsaftace ganyen tafasa sosai kafin amfani da shi domin kare kai daga ƙwayoyin cuta da sauran abubuwan da ka iya jawo rashin lafiya.
Har ila yau, masana sun ce amfani da ganyen tafasa ba ya nufin a daina cin sauran nau’ikan abinci, domin jiki na buƙatar daidaitaccen abinci daga fannoni daban-daban.
A al’adance, al’ummomi da dama a Arewacin Najeriya sun daɗe suna amfani da ganyen tafasa a matsayin wani muhimmin ɓangare na abincinsu, lamarin da ya taimaka wajen bunƙasa lafiyar jama’a.
Masu ilimin lafiya sun yi kira ga iyaye da su koyar da ‘ya’yansu muhimmancin cin ganyayyaki na gargajiya maimakon yawaita cin abinci marasa gina jiki da aka sarrafa.
Sun kuma bayyana cewa, komawa ga amfani da irin waɗannan ni’imomin Allah na cikin hanyoyin rage matsalolin ƙarancin abinci mai gina jiki a tsakanin al’umma.
Bugu da ƙari, amfani da ganyen tafasa na iya taimakawa wajen bunƙasa noma da tattalin arzikin manoma, domin yana ƙara wa amfanin gona daraja da kasuwa.
An kuma buƙaci al’umma da su riƙa amfani da ganyen tafasa cikin tsafta, matsakaici da hikima, tare da haɗa shi da sauran nau’ikan abinci masu amfani domin samun cikakkiyar lafiya.
A ƙarshe, masana sun jaddada cewa ganyen tafasa wata babbar ni’ima ce daga Allah Madaukakin Sarki, kuma amfani da shi a matsayin wani ɓangare na daidaitaccen abinci na iya taimakawa wajen inganta lafiyar ɗan Adam, ƙarfafa garkuwar jiki da kuma gina al’umma mai ƙoshin lafiya.
