Cin Awara Na Taimakawa Wajen Rage Hawan Jini —Likita
Wani likita mai suna Ahmed MS ya bayyana cewa cin awara na iya taimakawa wajen rage tashin hawan jini da kuma daidaita bugawar jinin mutum.
Likitan, wanda ke wallafa bayanai kan kiwon lafiyar ɗan Adam, ya ce hawan jini na faruwa ne idan gwaji ya nuna bugawar jini ya haura 140/90, lamarin da ke iya janyo matsaloli masu tsanani ga lafiyar mutum.
A cewarsa, cutar hawan jini na daga cikin manyan cututtukan da ke iya haddasa bugun zuciya, shanyewar ɓangaren jiki da kuma lalacewar kwakwalwa, musamman idan ba a gano ta da wuri ba.

Hanyoyin rage hawan jini, a cewar likitan
1. Yawaita cin kayan lambu da abinci na tsirrai
Ya ce ya dace a rika yawan cin ganyayyaki, kayan lambu da abinci masu sinadarin plant-based protein kamar wake da waken soya, saboda suna taimakawa wajen daidaita bugawar jini.
2. Rage cin gishiri
